Colorado Pet Pantry

February 10th our meeting presentation will be Colorado Pet Pantry, a food bank for pets established in 2013. Starting with just 2 food banks they have grown to over 100 pet food banks around our state of Colorado. They served over 7.5 million meals last year. 125,000 dogs and cats were able to stay in their homes with their families. 38,000 families were kept whole and supported through hard times. Colorado Pet Pantry also assisted over 50 rescues with food, kennels, collars, beds, etc.

If you are able, we are asking you to bring to the meeting bagged pet food, cans, treats, kennels etc. We will take open bags too. We also accept collars, beds, toys, leashes etc. New or used is welcomed and needed. We also accept grocery bags if you are looking for a place to get rid of those plastic bags.

Our speaker will be Mark Mascardo, Marketing and Events Manager for Colorado Pet Pantry. He will share with you the amazing work this organization has done for our state and both our two legged and four legged citizens.

You are welcome to bring your pet as long as they stay leashed and are friendly. They are family too! Naomi thinks that would be pretty cool too!
