Here is an opprotunity to help raise funds for the Salvation Army for those less fortunate. It's a great way to embrace the holiday spirit. There will be four shifts of two Rotarians each starting at 10:00am on December 20th .Location is the Walmart at 10900 E Briarwood Ave.

February 10th our meeting presentation will be Colorado Pet Pantry, a food bank for pets established in 2013. Starting with just 2 food banks they have grown to over 100 pet food banks around our state of Colorado. They served over 7.5 million meals last year. 125,000 dogs and cats were able to stay in their homes with their families. 38,000 families were kept whole and supported through hard times. Colorado Pet Pantry also assisted over 50 rescues with food, kennels, collars, beds, etc.

In addition to Bob's talk, Jennifer Matthews' daughter, Madeline, we also provide an update about her experience at RYLA last year.

Integrated Family Community Services (IFCS) provides essential support to individuals and families in our community who are experiencing food insecurity and hunger. Each day, many face difficult choices between putting food on the table and meeting other basic needs.

As part of our partnership with IFCS, they have invited 10 Centennial Rotary volunteers to assist at the Nibbles & Sips Gala from 5:00–8:30 p.m. (Note: There's a seperate signup for that event.)

This volunteer opportunity supports the IFCS team with event setup for their signature fundraising event, helping ensure a successful evening that directly benefits those they serve.

Join your fellow Rotarians March 14 at Hogan Park for a leisurely 2 mile walk through the beautiful sculpture park. We will meet at 1 PM to start our walk. After the walk, we will meet up at the Green Valley Ranch Beer Garden for a St. Pats brew. Wear your green, bring your friends, and family!

Rocky Mountain Honor Flight is a Denver Colorado-based non-profit organization formed in 2007. Our goal is to fly every able and willing Veteran to Washington D.C. to visit the monuments and memorials dedicated to their service. Our priority is with World War II and terminally ill Veterans. We also accept applications from all Veterans, including Veterans with various disabilities. We are a member of Honor Flight Network, which began this activity in 2005 and began flying with commercial charter aircraft in 2006 from Dayton, Ohio. There are now about 130 “hubs”, from which flights originate around the country. National Honor Flight Network provides us with logistical support as well as arranging activities in Washington D.C.

We are the Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Center (JAMLAC), a faith-based nonprofit. Since 2006, we’ve served 20,000 low-income community members with legal services in the greater metro Denver area. We provide full civil legal representation, legal consultations, advocacy and legal workshops that help survivors, immigrants and other clients seek justice.

State of Our City Luncheon

Centennial Rotary’s Signature Fundraiser

The State of Our City Luncheon is Centennial Rotary’s signature community and fundraising event and our largest fundraiser of the year. This annual luncheon brings together city officials, business leaders, and community partners while raising critical funds to support the Rotary Club’s charitable causes.

All Centennial Rotary Club members are needed to help make this event a success — including hosting, setup, and cleanup. This is a true all-hands-on-deck event and one of the most visible ways our club serves the Centennial community.

Join our new mayor, Christine Sweetland, for the 20th Annual State of Our City Luncheon as we celebrate 25 years of Centennial’s remarkable journey.

The satelitte group and the "big group" are teaming up with the Miracle League on May 16th by volunteering at an adaptive baseball game. Volunteers assist where needed with hitting, running bases, and playing catch in the field – players may also play independently. Players have fun while learning fundamentals of baseball and finding the position that best meets their fullest potential.

The Rotary Epic Day of Service seeks to bring together 1.2 million Rotarian members and countless community members worldwide for an extraordinary day of transformative service projects--an unmmissable opportunity to be part of a global movement showcasing the very best of humanity in action.  We can do it together!

Shakespeare in the Wild is a nonprofit organization bringing professional Shakespeare to the Denver metro area for FREE.

Centennial Rotary Club collects bicycles for Second Chance Bikes. Second Chance Bikes is a nonprofit organization that refurbishes and donates used bicycles to disadvantaged children, homeless individuals, and veterans. 

Each year, their dedicated team of volunteers breathes new life into hundreds of impounded and donated bicycles. Since their founding in 2006 by Ernie Clark, they have proudly provided over 22,000 bikes to those who need them most.

Second Chance Bikes is dedicated to providing transportation and a sense of freedom to those in need. Every bike tells a story of hope and resilience, and we are proud to be a part of that journey.

Join us to Celebrate Centennial (25 Years!) on June 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Centennial Center Park (13050 E. Peakview Ave.).  Help us promote our awesome club and the great work we do!
